Order timeframes ▼
Please allow two weeks to process your order. Small batches of oil will be handcrafted fortnightly to ensure product freshness. You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your parcel is on its way to you.
Patch test ▼
We strongly recommend carrying out a skin patch test prior to using any product. Place a small amount of product onto the inside of forearm where the crease of your wrist is and rub in gently, leave for 24 hours to make sure there is no allergic reaction. Please read the ingredients list carefully for any known allergies.

Storage of products ▼
Sunlight, heat and air make natural oils go rancid quickly. To prolong products’ life, store in a cool (below 21oC) and dark place, and close the cap tightly to avoid any air exposure. In extreme hot temperatures, store in the fridge after use.
Beyond products contain no artificial chemical preservatives, so they are best used within six months of purchase. The expiry date of products is from three to 12 months, depending on storage condition and other environmental factors. Products should not be used if they smell rancid.
Debris or sediment in the products ▼
All Beyond products contain unrefined oils, which means they have been cold pressed to maintain their original nutrition. Any debris or sediment in the products are from the raw handling technics.
Oil-based skincare products and acne ▼
