Shipping and returns

Please allow two weeks to process your order and another two days to process your shipping. Items will be securely packaged to arrive as safely as possible. A little wear and tear on the box is considered normal. Please contact us if damage occurs.

Within New Zealand

Purchases will be sent by New Zealand Couriers. Target deliveries are between 2-3 working days as per New Zealand Courier delivery times.

Shipping costs include courier and packaging: $10

International customs and duties

Beyond Skincare does not cover import duties and taxes that may apply to your shipment. These taxes are charged once the order reaches its designated country. All applicable duties must be borne by the customer before delivery can be made. Natural skincare products may be held by customs in your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you are unsure please contact your local customs office.

Purchases will be sent by New Zealand Post, either Couriers (tracked service) or International Air (not tracked). We will not be held responsible for any courier or international customs delays.

Returns

Beyond Skincare offers a seven-day returns policy from the date you receive your goods. No returns can be processed past this timeframe.

Packaging and bottle(s) must remain unused, unopened and undamaged. Used or opened products are not able to be refunded or exchanged.

We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your returned products.

Shipping costs, customs fees and taxes are not able to be refunded.
